• Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and setup of the restaurant’s operational structure.
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, guest relations, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Build, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain strong guest relations, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a superior dining experience.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor performance to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions for the new restaurant.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager, particularly in pre-opening projects, is essential.
