Restaurant Manager vacancy in Doha Qatar

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure guests receive top-notch service.
  • Motivate and train team members; manage staff schedules.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage industry trends is desirable.
