Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory. Immediate joining is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Coordinate tasks, resources, and documentation to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Organize project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
