Senior Project Coordinator
The Senior Project Coordinator is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across departments.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the allocation of project resources to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigating strategies collaboratively.
- Liaise with clients to clarify specific requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support project managers in financial management to keep project costs within budget.
- Facilitate post‑project evaluation and identify successful project management techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management roles.Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.Excellent communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills.Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.Certification in project management (PMP / PRINCE2) is highly desirable but not mandatory.Job Details
