Key Responsibilities
- Reporting : Prepare, compile, and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the General Manager, ensuring accuracy, detail, and timely delivery.
- Administrative Support : Manage day-to-day office operations, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Documentation & Reporting : Draft detailed reports and professional presentations for senior management.
- Tendering Coordination : Assist in tender preparation and submission processes, liaising with vendors and stakeholders.
- Office Management : Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create, update, and maintain essential documents.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience : 6–8 years in administration, with proven experience reporting directly to senior management, particularly the General Manager.Technical Skills : Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite; strong proficiency in document management, reporting, and ISO standards.Tendering Expertise : Familiarity with tender processes and documentation.Organizational Skills : Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail : High accuracy in managing data and preparing reports.#J-18808-Ljbffr
