Job Description

This generic job opening aims to build a diverse pool of qualified candidates for future Project Coordinator roles at HEC Paris, Doha. The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing projects across various functions, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. The role involves coordinating project activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, tracking progress, and supporting the successful delivery of project goals.

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support project planning by gathering requirements, scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation throughout all phases of each project, including planning, execution, follow-up, and outcome reporting.
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks early in the process and propose practical, solution-oriented responses.
• Facilitate the onboarding and coordination of external contributors or contractors, ensuring smooth integration into project workflows.
• Ensure project-related policies, guidelines, and processes are communicated and adhered to by all parties involved.
• Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, or other tools to support data-driven decision-making and track project performance.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to support the development and implementation of new initiatives as organizational needs evolve.
