Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Experience with Planview system (preferred) or JIRA
• Quality Assurance test experience : Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
• Writing procedures, preparing Training materials for a new system
• Training experience
• High‑level knowledge on Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
• Preparing Management regular reports
• Strong Excel skills, fluent with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
• Preparing executive summaries, presentations / status reports and management Dashboards
• Track project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure all project‑related documents (plans, status reports, and logs etc) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained
• Assist senior project managers for day‑to‑day activities
• Manage small sized Projects
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department
