Executive Operations Coordinator

Acts as the central point of coordination for executive-level operations, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives and high-level administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage executive schedules, meetings, and communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure timely execution of executive directives.
• Support the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of departments’ senior executives.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all executive operations.
