Senior Operation Coordinator-Facility Management

Job Description

Overview AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Senior Operation Coordinator to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Qatar.

Your role

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations for facility management services, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.

Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and operational workflows to meet client requirements.

Monitor service delivery performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.

Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all FM activities.

Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Support budgeting and cost control initiatives to optimize operational expenses.

About you

BSc degree in MEP Engineering.

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Facility Management sector.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management operations.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in operational planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with FM compliance standards and safety regulations.
