Onshore Execution Coordinator
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy, Qatar for a role focused on coordinating onshore execution of oil and gas projects. Responsibilities
Overall responsible for the coordination of the project execution. Ensure detailed coordination of execution phases : preparation, execution, and post‑works. First line of contact with offshore for day‑to‑day interface and resolution of operational needs. Create and release work orders required to supply materials during the Execution phase. Close monitoring with logistics and shipment to prevent downtime offshore due to material / equipment delivery. Update revision code and planner group in work orders as necessary. Liaise with all entities for timely update and closure of SAP work orders. Maintain weekly updates on temporary equipment status / register with offshore per NOC Management of Temporary Equipment procedure. Collate weekly data from S‑Curve (Progress) and NPT Tracker and review inefficiencies. Review NPT trends weekly to identify sticking points and propose solutions. Review weekly dashboard figures for Backlog Hours and compare to previous weeks for discussion. Ensure readiness of the JUB(s) with IT equipment and network access through liaison with IT / Network teams. Qualifications
Education : A‑levels + 3 years study in a discipline. Professional experience : 10 years in oil and gas production installations. Technical competencies : Knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes, installations, and equipment (rotating equipment, hydraulics, cranes, valves, compressors). Computer skills : Excellent knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. Benefits
