VACANCY OVERVIEW SITE COORDINATOR

We are working with our client based in Qatar to source a SITE COORDINATOR.

This is residential contract to be based in Qatar.

Qualifications

Knowledge on rotating equipment service activities. Proficient in English

Communication skill Oil & Gas Shutdown experience PTW awareness.

Knowledge in safety standards and requirements. Material management.

Prioritising the requirement and arrangements based on work demands.

Able to read schedules and plans.

Extensive experience in supervision (minimum 10 years) in the oil & gas industry

Strong leadership and facilitative skills.

Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills at an individual and team level

Problem-solving,

Administrative skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Acting as a single focal point for all site activities.

Arrangement of equipment's like forklift, Cranes & Trucks and necessary support in coordination with TMES,TIES & Client.

Interface coordination between TMES,Workshop supervisor & Execution teams. Coordinating with workshop supervisor for equipment on time deliveries.

Equipment in and out coordination with respective parties including material exit pass. Job progress tracking and coordinate with FSEs and supervisor for daily progress report updating.

Conduct daily meetings at site with team and discuss 3days look ahead of activities and report to project Engineer.

Site requirements consolidation and follow-up with support services and arrange accordingly.

Coordination & follow-up with material coordinators and arrange as per requirement. Managing Look ahead requirements and communicating with respecting teams and follow-up arrangements.

Customer & sub contractors coordination .

Coordination with HSE officers for unsafe acts escalation and HSE trends and follow-up for measures implementation and closing. Coordinate with PTW for on time permits readiness and approvals. Coordinate with QA / QC technicians and teams for on time support.

Night shift activities consolidation and onsite handover by end of each shift. Manpower management in coordination with FSEs & Supervisors.

Attending weekly goal zero walk through with HSE department.

Arranging special tools and real time specific requirements.
