Job description
  • Any degree holder.
  • Min 4 to 5 years experience in site coordination activities.
  • Organization, control, and coordination of site activities / subcontractors in projects and support the project management with status and information.
  • Arrange for goods pick up and deliveries at site (suppliers, workshops, consumables etc).
  • Coordination with authorities and regulators for in-country logistics requirements (e.g. Police escort, Gate passes (Internal & External), Permits and Approvals, etc.)
  • Management of accommodation & transportation of FSRs
  • Coordinates the site infrastructure activities (pre / during / post outages)
  • Coordinates the house keeping activities at site with other stakeholders
  • Coordinates third party tool inspection & activities
