Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management or similar roles.Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record.In-depth knowledge of IT systems, network security, and infrastructure management.Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities in high‑pressure situations.Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders.Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes is highly desirable.Proficiency in managing IT budgets and resource allocation efficiently.Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.Job Details
