Summary :
The White-Collar Recruiter is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for professional, corporate, and technical roles. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of full-desk recruiting who is eager to develop their skills in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier white-collar talent. You will manage the candidate journey from initial contact to offer, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing & Attraction : Utilize various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and social media) to identify and attract passive and active candidates for roles in departments such as Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Sales.
- Screening & Assessment : Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Candidate Management : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide a high-touch candidate experience with timely and constructive communication.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and position specifics. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for all parties.
- Offer Management : Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers. Facilitate negotiations and manage the pre-onboarding process.
- Data Management : Accurately track all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications & Experience :
Must have bachelor's degree.6 to 18 months of experience in a recruitment role, preferably within an agency (360-desk) or corporate RPO / Talent Acquisition team.Demonstrable experience recruiting for white-collar positions (e.g., Business Analyst, Accountant, Software Developer, Marketing Coordinator).Familiarity with professional sourcing tools, with a strong preference for experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.Experience with a major Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Familiarity with AI Tools.Required Skills & Competencies :
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished phone and email etiquette.
