Recruitment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines through ATS / HR systems.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure completion of Pre Onboarding & onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

1 to 3 years of work experience in related job and / or similar industry.
Education
Bachelor in Business Administration or Human Resources.
