A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges using SAP solutions. As part of the sales team a Solution Advisor is the subject matter expert responsible for functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. What You’ll Do
Successfully complete a 10‑month program that builds a foundation for a customer‑facing career at SAP. Participate in experiential learning with colleagues worldwide and acquire business industry and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies. Receive on‑the‑job training under mentorship of a senior Solution Advisor while working with customers to guide them through their Digital Transformation journey. Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation after program completion. Create and deliver high‑impact and engaging software demonstrations that compel customers to select SAP over competing offerings. Provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to RFPs. Solution Areas Focus
Human Capital Management (HCM) – core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience, HR analytics, workforce planning, sales performance management. Finance & Spend Management – accounting, procurement, supplier management focused on boosting visibility, cutting costs, and improving efficiency. S / 4HANA Finance, Finance & Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procurement. What You Bring
2‑3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes. Technical and business process knowledge combined with strong complex problem‑solving skills. A cooperative and productive approach to working relationships internally and externally. Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments and apply knowledge to deliver results. Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems solvable with AI. Resilient mindset embracing challenges with optimism and consistently striving for growth and success. Strong business acumen and demonstrated knowledge of business processes and / or industries. Proficiency in English to engage with our global network. Must be based in Qatar. Benefits
