Job Purpose
Lead the stabilization support and user adoption of the SAP SuccessFactors solution across the organization. Drive collaboration between HR Finance IT and external vendors to ensure process efficiency smooth operations and effective change management.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the post‑implementation stabilization and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project‑related queries and support needs.
- Drive change management initiatives : training, communication and adoption strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across HR Finance DBS and third‑party vendors.
- Facilitate process transformation to align with industry standards and SAP best practices.
- Support solution handover to business‑as‑usual operations and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Job Dimensions
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and AMS (Application Managed Services) providers.Supervise solution adoption and drive continuous improvement.Identify and resolve pain points in business processes.Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.Lead the development of governance and support frameworks.Monitor project progress and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities & Activities
Communicate project status, risks and updates to internal and external stakeholders.Liaise with technical and functional teams to validate solution design against business needs.Manage resource allocation and vendor coordination to deliver stable and scalable solutions.Align SuccessFactors activities with ongoing digital transformation programs.Design and execute structured change management plans for smooth user adoption.Establish regular cadence for governance operations and stakeholder engagement.Document key processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and continuity.Context & Environment
Operates within a diverse digital ecosystem supporting onshore and offshore facilities. HR digital landscape is fragmented; this role supports its consolidation and modernization. The role supports cross‑departmental digital transformation in a fast‑paced O&G environment.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Experience :
Minimum 3 years in a project management or business transformation role.Strong knowledge of HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.Experience with digital process optimization and HR / Finance operations.Skills :
Stakeholder management and communication.Change management experience.Familiarity with both Agile and Traditional project methodologies.Strong documentation and analytical skills.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Key Competencies :
