A prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a motivated and service-driven

F&B SUPERVISOR

to join its world-class team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a globally respected hotel brand, leading daily operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences across its dining outlets. Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant, bar, or outlet Support the F&B management team in delivering exceptional service standards Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff Lead and motivate service team members to exceed guest expectations Assist in training and mentoring new and existing team members Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld Monitor stock levels and support in inventory control and ordering Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions Requirements

Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior waiter in a

luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant

(essential) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus High attention to detail and a passion for guest service Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B administration Salary package
