Overview
Hotel Manager position in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking Indian candidates with a strong background in hotel management for a contract basis. Per government regulations, the candidate must have a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and increase profitability
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management roleStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse teamExcellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)Experience working in a luxury hotel setting is highly desiredKnowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry is an advantageThis is a contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
