We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments. Your main duties will include managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high quality service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond promptly to any complaints or issues.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue by promoting special offers or packages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets for upper management.
• Collaborate with other managers to develop marketing strategies.

Salary

$1100 per month (tax-free) plus accommodation provided.
