to join a prestigious luxury hotel brand in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong sense of leadership, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a refined bar environment. Job Description :

As Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily bar operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure consistent service standards, and maintain high-quality beverage preparation. You will also be responsible for stock control, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, while creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Requirements :

Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bartender in luxury hotels or upscale venues. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium beverages and non-alcoholic drinks. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining top service standards. Guest-focused with a professional attitude and appearance. Salary Package :
