We are seeking a highly capable Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee all phases of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the quality standards expected, and in line with client expectations.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related fieldMinimum 5-8 years' experience managing fit-out / interior construction projects, ideally in Qatar or GCCProven track record delivering projects in sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate interiors or residential high-end finishesStrong knowledge of construction, finishing materials, joinery, furniture procurementBudgeting, cost control and commercial awarenessExcellent planning, scheduling, organisational skills and time managementExperience with contractor management, subcontractors, suppliersSolid negotiating, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication (written & verbal), capable of handling client presentations, reports etc.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, adapt to changing demandsUnderstanding of local building codes, safety regulations, quality standards in Qatar / GCCQualifications & Skills
