Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable Fit‑Out Project Manager to oversee all phases of interior fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the quality standards expected, and in line with client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
Minimum 5‑8 years' experience managing fit‑out / interior construction projects, ideally in Qatar or GCC
Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate interiors or residential high‑end finishes
Strong knowledge of construction, finishing materials, joinery, furniture procurement
Budgeting, cost control and commercial awareness
Excellent planning, scheduling, organisational skills and time management
Experience with contractor management, subcontractors, suppliers
Solid negotiating, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Strong communication (written & verbal), capable of handling client presentations, reports etc.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, adapt to changing demands
Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, quality standards in Qatar / GCC
