Job Title : Senior Project Controls Engineer

Location : Doha, Qatar (with potential onshore / offshore assignments)

Reporting To : Lead, Methods &estimation

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead and manage project control activities within the Engineering & Construction (E&C) division. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across a diverse portfolio of oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project controls systems, material management, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controls Management

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout processes for E&C projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes and systems.
• Manage project KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Oversee project forecasting, variance analysis, commitment tracking, and status updates.
• Evaluate contractor reports and communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely data integration across HSEQ, cost, planning, QA / QC, risk, change control, and governance domains.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations for senior leadership (COO, ManCom, etc.).
