R158 COST ENGINEER PLANNER

Position : Planner / Cost Engineer

Reports To : Project Engineer / Program Manager

Job Purpose : To deliver effective cost control planning and scheduling support for Leak Management Program projects ensuring that all financial and timeline objectives are successfully achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS) and manpower plans.
• Prepare cost estimates, establish budgets and monitor project expenditures to ensure cost efficiency.
• Produce regular reports on project progress, cost performance and schedule adherence.
• Support project teams in conducting risk analysis, forecasting and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, project controls procedures and industry standards.
