Programme / Senior Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Programme Engineer to work for a contractor on a tram project in Doha, Qatar.

Reporting to Risk & Programme Manager, the ideal candidate should be proficient in development of Baseline programmes duly resource and cost loaded, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning. Experience in Earned Value Techniques and EOT claims is required.

Responsibilities and qualifications include :

• BEng / BSc Civil Engineering
• More than 15 years’ experience
• Senior Planner experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in GCC
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 & MS Office
• Good Communication Skills and ability to lead the team of planners
• Well versed in English

Salary : QAR 15,000 - QAR 25,000 per month, plus accommodation, insurance, car, 30 days leave, 1 return flight per annum, and a yearly bonus.
