Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering Experience
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience 7 years in FM in the Gulf 3 years on projects involving integrated smart systems Specialized Skills
Advanced skills in BMS troubleshooting and integration across subsystems Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) performance Analyze data trends to optimize energy and system efficiency Troubleshoot software / hardware issues and apply timely fixes Support integration of HVAC, lighting, security, and fire systems Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
