Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing client accounts, and driving sales growth for our company. We are specifically looking for Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Train and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance
• Prepare accurate sales reports and present them to senior management
