We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis Chef Dim Sum to assist in preparing authentic and highquality dim sum dishes The ideal candidate should have experience in Asian cuisine and a strong interest in traditional dim sum techniques Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing steaming and plating dim sum items Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen Ensure consistency in taste presentation and quality Follow chef s instructions and kitchen safety protocols Support other kitchen sections when required Requirements Previous experience in a dim sum kitchen or Chinese restaurant Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum preparation Team player with good communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced kitchen
