What you will be doing :
- Assist with mise-en-place for assigned station.
- Prepare and assist daily food preparation and ingredients including chopping portioning and storing.
- Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens grills fryers etc.).
- Prepare a variety of dishes including meats vegetables soups and breakfast items.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
- Support the senior chefs in kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good interpersonal and English communication skills with a passion for service.Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion :
