DOH Summary We are seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our Colleague Restaurant team. The role involves supporting the kitchen team in food preparation and maintaining high hygiene standards. Responsibilities : Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes using different methods. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment. Follow instructions from senior culinary staff to assist in meal preparation. Help receive, check, and store deliveries of food and supplies. Participate in various kitchen sections to develop comprehensive culinary skills. Qualifications : Proven experience as a Commis Chef or similar role, with knowledge of cooking techniques and hygiene standards. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work efficiently under pressure. Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel environment.
