Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate all electrical and instrumentation construction, installation, and maintenance activities - Primary custodian for Permit to Work system for electrical / instrument tasks - Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and schematics - Plan and allocate daily tasks for electricians and instrument fitters - Ensure work compliance with safety procedures and project specifications - Conduct toolbox talks and pre-task safety briefings - Perform quality checks on installations - Coordinate with other discipline supervisors and client representatives Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent - Certified and experienced in Permit to Work systems as Authorized / Competent Person - 8-10 years experience in construction / maintenance, with 3-5 years in supervisory role - Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, calibration, and control systems - Understanding of international standards and safety procedures - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
