Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a

School HR Manager

to join

Etqan Global Academy

in

Doha, Qatar .

We are looking for someone to lead all aspects of people management at the school, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality HR service that supports both strategic and operational priorities. Working closely with the Principal, Regional HR Director, and regional teams, you will play a vital role in building an engaged, high-performing school culture where every colleague feels valued and supported.

The Role

Leading recruitment, onboarding, and visa processes to ensure timely, compliant staffing across all roles.

Acting as a trusted partner to school leadership on employee relations, performance management, and engagement.

Overseeing HR operations including payroll inputs, contract renewals, and personnel data management.

Ensuring compliance with Qatar Labour Law, MOEHE requirements, and Nord Anglia HR policies.

Driving employee wellbeing, diversity, and professional development initiatives.

Supporting the delivery of strategic workforce planning and contributing to the wider regional HR projects.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).

5–7 years’ experience in an HR generalist or management role, ideally within a school or service-led environment.

Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law, employment regulations, and immigration procedures.

Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and onboarding processes.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced international setting.
