We are looking for a dynamic Senior L&D Project Manager to join our team in Qatar and drive large-scale capability-building programs across the region.

If you excel at project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering seamless learning experiences — this role is for you!

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced in end-to-end L&D project management (design, development, delivery, evaluation) (+5 years)
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Technically proficient in Excel, MS Project, Word & PowerPoint
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Comfortable working flexible hours when needed (evenings / weekends)
