Lead - Solution Design & Delivery

Lead - Solution Design & Delivery Al Abdulghani Motors is looking for a Solution Design & Delivery Lead. The role focuses on maximizing business value of IT investments across corporate applications such as Pre‑Sales.

Job Purpose

The Solution Design & Delivery Lead acts as a strategic partner to business units, translating business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. The Lead ensures successful solution design, delivery, and adoption, driving process improvements, enhancing user experience, and realizing measurable business outcomes. This position manages the end‑to‑end solution lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of its assigned portfolio.

Principal Accountabilities

Business Engagement and Value Realization

Partner with Business Leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value.

Champion Business‑IT Alignment; act as liaison between IT and business units, ensuring initiatives align with strategic goals.

Solution Design & Architecture

Define solution roadmaps and lead the design of technical solutions that address current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and solution designs.

Delivery Management & Adoption

Oversee solution implementation, managing project delivery to stay on time, on budget and meeting quality standards.

Drive change management : develop and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication and support.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Continuously research and assess emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions for business challenges.

Monitor performance and benefits realization, track against KPIs and drive ongoing optimization.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

Manage vendor relationships and external partners to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Ensure compliance and risk management, maintaining adherence to policies, security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business or related field. SAP, Salesforce, PMP, TOGAF, Agile / Scrum certification preferred.

Technical experience : mandatory implementation of Salesforce in the business domain.

Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Project & change management expertise : agile and waterfall methodologies, organizational change proficiency.

Business acumen : strong understanding of business processes, financial impact of IT decisions, customer‑centric mindset.

Innovation : demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies for business value.

Continuous learning : commitment to professional development and industry trend awareness.
