Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Demonstrated success throughout the B2B sales cycle including prospecting, relationship development, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prior involvement in managing distribution networks including dealers, distributors, and retail partners, such as pharmacies, medical centers, clinics, VIP beauty salons, and selected hypermarkets.
- Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) ensuring consistent lead tracking and conversion performance.
- Proficiency in territory mapping, sales forecasting, and route‑to‑market strategy execution.
- Preferred age bracket : 35–45 years.
- Total experience : not less than 8 years.
