Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Resort Sales Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort's services and amenities to potential guests and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth
Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our resort's facilities and services
Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts to potential clients
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to generate leads
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
Qualifications
Proven experience of 2-3 years in hospitality or tourism sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with social media platforms for business development
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality and tourism industry, including luxury resort offerings and amenities
Understanding of local and international travel market trends
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Certifications such as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) are advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
