We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a key member of our frontofhouse staff you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Provide concierge services including recommendations for local attractions transportation assistance and restaurant reservations
- Serve as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to personalize future visits
- Assist with checkin and checkout procedures as needed
- Coordinate special arrangements for VIP guests or those with specific requirements
- Stay informed about hotel services promotions and local events to provide uptodate information to guests
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest services and satisfaction levels
Qualifications
13 years of experience in guest relations front office or hospitality (preferred)Fluency in English both verbal and written; additional languages are a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problemsolving abilities with a guestfirst approachAbility to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressureProficiency in MS Office and hotel management systemsDetailoriented with exceptional organizational skillsIndepth knowledge of local attractions and services in Doha QatarCultural sensitivity and awareness to interact with guests from diverse backgroundsProfessional appearance and demeanorFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysAdditional Information
