The Guest Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of hospitality and service throughout their visit. The role focuses on creating a positive guest experience and maintaining client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
Handle guest check-ins, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facilities, promotions, and services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
Record and relay guest feedback to improve service quality.
Provide information about the property, nearby attractions, and events.
Ensure a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
Support front office operations and assist with guest documentation when needed.
Requirements
Education : Any related qualification.
Experience : 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or customer service.
Nationality : Eastern Europe.
Language : Fluent in English.
Personal Attributes : Presentable, friendly, and proactive in guest engagement.
