Swiss Connect Solutions a leading hospitality management company is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and friendly first impression
• Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions to guests
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotels products and services to effectively promote and upsell to guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area including the lobby and reception desk
• Assist with reservations and inquiries via phone email and in person
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
