Swiss Connect Solutions a leading hospitality management company is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Relations Agent to join our team in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a warm and friendly first impression
- Provide information about hotel facilities services and local attractions to guests
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotels products and services to effectively promote and upsell to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and preferences are met
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in accordance with hotel policies
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area including the lobby and reception desk
- Assist with reservations and inquiries via phone email and in person
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using computer systems and software including MS Office and hotel management systemsFluency in English is required knowledge of other languages is a plusMust have a professional and polished appearanceMust be willing to work in QatarSalary and Benefits
