Job Description
- Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Resort.
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
- Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
- Keep up to date with reservation systems, loyalty programs, promotions, and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
