Wedding Planner As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day. This includes meeting with clients to discuss their vision and budget, creating detailed timelines and schedules, booking vendors such as venues, caterers, photographers, and florists, and overseeing all aspects of the wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly. Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss vision and budget. Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day. Book vendors (venues, caterers, photographers, florists, etc.) and coordinate their services. Oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure it runs smoothly. Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns or changes. Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients. Maintain strong communication with clients and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Apply strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise before or during the wedding day. Qualifications

Previous experience in event planning or a related field. A degree in event management or hospitality is preferred but not required. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, as you will be working with Egyptian clients. Full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
