Wedding Planner Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant. This position is part-time and suitable for individuals with other commitments or those seeking experience in the wedding planning industry. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for beginners or individuals who want to transition into event planning.

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will work closely with our lead wedding planner to help plan and execute weddings for our clients. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with vendor research and coordination
• Creating detailed timelines and schedules
• Managing guest lists and RSVPs
• Providing support on the day of the wedding
• Working directly with clients to ensure their vision for their wedding day is brought to life

We are specifically looking for female candidates who are passionate about weddings, have excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently. As this role involves working closely with clients from different backgrounds, fluency in English is essential.
