Guest Service Officer – Grand Hyatt Doha

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers. The Guest Service Officer contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the reception within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications

• Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task.
