Overview

Seasonal Concierge (Pakistani Nationality)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests during their stay in Al-Rayyan.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Make reservations for local activities and restaurants.
  • Provide recommendations for attractions in the area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Maintain excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is not required but would be an advantage.
  • This is a temporary seasonal position with no accommodation provided.
  • Salary : 1000$ per month.
