Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as Guest Service Officer in hotel operations.
Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task.
