Overview
Job title : Sales Manager. Location : Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer base and grow revenue within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers; maintain existing customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor customer service levels.
- Generate sales reports and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
- Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Train and manage sales staff, including setting targets and reviewing performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices; excellent communication skills; ability to work independently under pressure.Fluency in Arabic is preferable but not required.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
