Front Desk Receptionist - Indian Nationality
We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone / email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailSalary : We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ for this full-time position.
