Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)

We are currently hiring a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and guests.

Key Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and manage conference room reservations - Receive and sort mail and packages - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Requirements : - Fluency in English is a must - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
