Front Desk Receptionist at a Luxury Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for an English-speaking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and efficient manner Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Handle guest requests and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and guest accounts Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a luxury hotel setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally Proficient in using computer systems such as Microsoft Office and reservation software Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail We are seeking an individual who is friendly, outgoing, and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and be able to work efficiently under pressure. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
